Factors Influencing Final Delivery Cost
Size & Weight of Item(s)
Larger, heavier, or bulkier appliances (e.g. large refrigerators, washing machines, generators) require special transport equipment and personnel.
Item Fragility & Special Handling
Extremely fragile items (such as TVs, glass displays, and sensitive electronics) cost a little more for specialized protective handling and cushioned transport.
Time of Delivery
Peak delivery hours, evening fulfillment, or specific expedited time slots requested by the customer may affect final transport fees.
Flexibility & Express Demand
Custom, urgent, or highly flexible delivery schedule requirements specified by the customer are priced based on demand logistics.
Address Changes & Re-Routing
Any change or amendment to the initial delivery address provided by the customer at checkout will incur updated location charges.
Gated Estates & Localized Gate Fees
Deliveries to gated communities, housing estates, or commercial zones with estate or gate entry access fees will attract additional charges. The burden of localized environmental entry fees is automatically transferred to the customer.
Localized Environmental & Gate Fee Clause
If your location is situated within a gated estate, private community, or commercial facility that levies estate entry or gate pass fees, the payment of such fees is the responsibility of the recipient. The cost will be automatically added or transferred to the customer upon delivery.
