- Warranty: Products carry a repair-only warranty (EXCEPT Generators & Century products). Remotes, chargers, adaptors, and accessories carry no warranty.
- Stabilizer Rule: Electronics operated without a stabilizer are ineligible for return or warranty coverage if damaged by power surges.
- Refunds & Returns: Payments are non-refundable and goods delivered in good condition cannot be returned.
- Delivery Cost Variances: Final shipping charges may adjust based on TV fragility handling, bulkiness, delivery window, or estate gate entrance fees.
