Important Notice on Sales & Refunds

All payments made to Electronics Kingdom Ventures are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE and goods received in good condition are NOT RETURNABLE. Products carry repair-only warranties unless otherwise explicitly exempted.

Rule 1

Warranty (Repair Only) & Exemptions

Our products (with the EXCEPTION OF GENERATORS AND CENTURY PRODUCTS) are under warranty for REPAIR ONLY. There are NO REFUNDS & NO REPLACEMENTS.

No warranty covers remotes, chargers, adaptors, or accessories.

Rule 2

Inspection in Buyer's Presence

All items listed on invoices/orders are checked in the presence of the buyer (or their representative upon delivery/pickup) and confirmed to be in full working order.

Warranty Invalidation: This sales agreement will be invalidated if any damage is caused by misuse, if original parts are replaced, or if repairs are conducted by unauthorized personnel.

Rule 3

Voltage Protection / Stabilizer Requirement

Any product bought without a suitable voltage stabilizer, if damaged as a result of electrical fluctuation or power surges, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR RETURNED.

Rule 4

Authorized Installation

Installation of products requiring specialized fitting must be performed by ELECTRONICS KINGDOM VENTURES authorized technical personnel to preserve warranty eligibility.

Rule 5 & 6

Non-Refundable Payments & Non-Returnable Goods

PAYMENTS MADE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
GOODS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
